10-20 Year Facilities Master Plan Discussion Board 
The Architectural Proposal is so blurry that you can’t read the text or numbers on the last three pages (work scope plan & phasing). These pages are the most important in clarifying what is being proposed. I recommend uploading a higher resolution document. This will help the parish understand what is being proposed.
